Comes in an envelope style fold-out box. There is text to all four edges. Printed inner sleeve of top opening card with a catalogue number and a quote from Side A lyrics. This sleeve has a die cut thumb section and centre holes. Also includes a 36" x 24" poster. Has sticker on the front with the text: "Ltd. edition includes band poster plus The Metal Gurus live tracks."
