M (Mint) – Onbespeeld, nog verzegeld in originele verpakking.
NM (Near Mint) – Enkele keren gedraaid, geen fouten; hoes vrijwel als nieuw.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

A special single produced by the temporary rock band The Bloody Serious Band to support the city of Kerkrade's bidbook to host the national radio station's charity fundraiser event "3FM Serious Request" in Kerkrade in 2012. The Bloody Serious Band's members was the then mayor and several of the city's aldermen of that administration.
