VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

Recorded live at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, Los Angeles, October 20th, 1972.
Limited edition housed in a cardboard box. Each box is individually numbered in red ink on the ticket/sticker affixed to the front of the box.
Contains a B&W poster, a set of four B&W postcards and a 16-page booklet.
Also includes a cardsleeve to hold the disc.
Cover photo and booklet photos taken at the original Santa Monica performance.
