Includes insert with lyrics and publishing details, a facsimile of the original fan club leaflet, and a facsimile of the original UK white inner sleeve with rounded corners.
This version is also the one sent out to the buyers of the "New Career In A New Town" boxed set as a replacement for the "defective" record. It was not supplied with an outer sleeve, just a poly lined inner sleeve.
