This is an exclusive release from the V&A "David Bowie Is" exhibition at the [l967830 from March 3 to May 31, 2015.
French language version of "Heroes" released on blue vinyl limited to 2000 copies was only available from the exhibition shop and selected FNAC stores in France.
There is no distinction between the "1" and capital "i" in the typeface used for the catalogue number.
However, based on the numbering formula used for other titles in the "David Bowie Is" series of releases (i.e. abbreviation of David Bowie Is - DBIS; initial of country of issue; year of issue), it is safe to state that the catalogue number is "DBISF2015" and not "DB1SF2015" as it may first appear.
Sleeve states:
"David Bowie Chante En Français Heroes
Vinyle Bleu Exclusif Á L'Exposition."
Side A is the French single version, recorded in 1977 at Hansa Tonstudios in Berlin [not mentioned on release.
Side AA recorded live at Pacific National Exhibition Coliseum, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, 12/9/83.
