VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Lichte gebruikssporen, speelt uitstekend; hoes met minimale slijtage.
VG (Very Good) – Duidelijk gebruikt, hoorbare ruis of tikjes; hoes met slijtage.
G (Good) – Veel afgespeeld, storende ruis mogelijk; hoes met duidelijke beschadiging.
Generic – Originele hoes is verloren, dus de plaat komt in een generieke binnenhoes.

Recorded with N.O.B. Audio 1 for a live audience on the 19th and 20th of June 1998 at the Flint Theatre Amersfoort.
Issued in a standard jewel case with a 3-fold insert.

The third page of the booklet contains a form on which you can vote for the next single from the album.
On the back of the flip-tray is room for the 2nd single to be released on Nov. 9th.
The back of the flip tray contains a CD size voucher to get a discount on this 2nd single from dfl. 9.95 for only dfl. 7.95.
The voucher promises a special, unreleased medley and other special recordings, to be on the next single.
Eventually [r=4083845 was chosen to be the next single, with 'only' one extra albumtrack, released in a card sleeve.
