Beside one of the three parts of triptych, front cover also contains a monochromatic slide of an according part of a naked old woman body and a colour plastic surgery slide of the same body area appears on back cover.\nThis is the second variant of the original LP release with the middle part of the young woman triptych (below her eyes, down to bosom) and a small monochromatic photograph - slide of a naked old woman, accordingly the middle part, on front cover. A small colour slide of plastic surgery at woman's head around her left ear - neck lift (platysmaplasty) - appears on back cover.
